FREEZE RAY FINALLY HAS COLOR!!!!!

and i gave her outfit a new design as well

annnnddddddd she also finally has a design for her secret identity as well as a name for her secret identity! Her name is Cassy Carter
im still working on her background story. all i have is that she was Magma's best friend when Magma lived in Hawaii and got her powers at the same time Magma did. but unlike Magma Cassy descovered her powers and how to control them.
after Magma moved Cassy lost contact with her. a few years she lost her parents in a fire and she moved to Pennsylvania were her older brother who she was super close to had taken her in. he also had gotten a job on the police force. not to long after he joined he was killed on duty at a massive riot, and after the loss of her her parents and then her brother Cassy lost herself and became Freeze Ray.
